3. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a recommendation to the City Council on Planned Development No. 1 to construct a 771,839 square foot warehouse/distribution center on 35.59 acres located on the north side of Lugonia Avenue, the south side of Almond Avenue, and the east side of California Street in the EV/SD (Special Development) District of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan.
4. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a recommendation to the City Council on Parcel Map No. 19496 to revert to acreage five (5) contiguous lots with an area of 35.59 acres into one (1) parcel, which delineates dedications that will and will not be vacated and dedications required in connection with the reversion to acreage, located on the north side of Lugonia Avenue, the south side of Almond Avenue, and the east side of California Street in the EV/SD (Special Development) District of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan.
