1. Consideration of a Notice of Exemption pursuant to Section 15311(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
2. Consideration of Commission Sign Review No. 403 to establish a sign program for an approved commercial complex with a combined floor area of 4,866 square feet on approximately 0.48 acre located on the southeast corner of Lugonia Avenue and Orange Street in the C-4 (Highway Commercial) District.
3. 3. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a recommendation to the City Council on Conditional Use Permit No. 689 (Revision No. 2) to amend Condition of Approval No. 4 to expand the allowed activities to include weddings, parties, classes, lectures, musical and theatrical performances, meetings, business retreats, award ceremonies, catered luncheons and dinners, music lessons, on-site alcohol consumption (in accordance with the permitted uses) and holiday celebrations at the Mission Gables Bowl House located at 168 Eureka Street in the R-2 (Multiple Family Residential) District.
