5. Adopt Resolution No. 8452 approving the destruction of certain public records in the City Manager's Office (Assistant City Manager McConnell)
6. Adopt Resolution No. 8441 approving the destruction of certain public records in the Human Resources/Risk Management Division (Assistant City Manager McConnell)
7. Adopt Resolution No. 8465 approving the destruction of certain public records (Management Services/Finance Director Garcia)
8. Approve the sole source purchase of an Apex Officer Pro Training Simulator and Apex Officer X2 Hardware Upgrade from Govred Technology, Inc. in the amount of $73,406.25 for officer de-escalation training (Interim Police Chief Tolber)
9. Adopt Resolution No. 8434 initiating proceedings to continue levying assessments, appointing an assessment engineer, and ordering the preparation of the Engineer's Reports for Street Lighting District No. 1 and Landscape Maintenance District No.1 (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
10. Authorize a purchase order with Watson Furniture Group for the Emergency Operations Center office reconfiguration in the amount of $115,623.87 through master cooperative agreement No. 00318 (Interim Police Chief Tolber)
11. Approve a Facility Use Agreement with Redlands Theatre Festival for use of the Sewall Theatre within Prospect Park and determine that approval of the Agreement with Redlands Theatre Festival is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
12. Approve an agreement with RouteSmart Technologies, Inc. for the Rerouting and Route Optimization of residential automated refuse, recycling, green waste, and organic waste curbside collection and commercial recycling routes for the amount of $97,380; and determination that the project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State guideline implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
13. Approve a request by the Redlands Arts Festival, Inc. to hold the Redlands Festival of Arts event on May 27-28, 2023; authorize street closures related to the event; approve a request for in-kind support in the amount of $4,363; authorize the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event; and determine that the event is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the state’s guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
14. Determine that the aging inventory of umbrellas within the Orange Street Alley Park is surplus property and approve the donation of surplus Orange Street alley umbrellas to the Redlands Visitor Center (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
15. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to negotiate sole source lease agreements with Toyota of Redlands for three vehicles at a cost not to exceed $85,000 and to execute the lease agreements together with any other associated documents with Toyota of Redlands (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
