14. Adopt Resolution No. 8443 acknowledging the title transfer of the Redlands Good Nite Inn property from Good Nite Inn Redlands, Inc., a California corporation, to 1675 Industrial Park, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
