Authorize a Single Source Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Engineering for the provision of fire plan review and inspection services for an amount not-to-exceed $100,000 for a period of one year; and authorize an additional appropriation in the amount of $100,000 for the cost of these services (Fire Chief Sessler)
10. Accept the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency 2021 Emergency Management Performance Grant award in the amount of $18,724, and authorize an additional appropriation of the same amount to the Emergency Preparedness fund (Fire Chief Sessler)

12. Approve the hold harmless agreement with Redlands Joint Venture, LLC, Majestic Realty Co. for use of its facilities for Heroes and Helpers 2022 Event (Police Chief Catren)
13. Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to conduct utility rate studies, and an additional appropriation of $46,877 (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Harris)
14. Approve the Cooperative Maintenance Agreement with the City of San Bernardino for the Mountain View Avenue Mission Creek Bridge and determine that approval of this agreement is categorically exempt from review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State’s guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Harris)
