Approve the Planning Commission's Report on its finding of conformance with the City of Redlands General Plan, determination that approval of the proposed Purchase and Sale agreement is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act, approval of a Purchase and Sale Agreement with San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District for the acquisition of Assessor's Parcel No. 0168-091-07-0000 in the amount of $22,500, and approval of an additional appropriation in the same amount for the purchase (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
