Consideration of Resolution No. 8138 (Lot Line Adjustment No. 638) – A request to approve a lot line adjustment to combine two parcels into one single for development located at 1702 West Park Avenue. Consideration of Resolution No. 8139 (Street Vacation No. 170) – A request to vacate a 7-foot wide portion of street frontage, approximately 168 linear feet in length, of excess public right-of-way on the west side of Iowa Street located at 1702 West Park Avenue.
