NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2020 In accordance with California Government Code Section 54956, Mayor Foster has called a special meeting of the City Council to be held on MARCH 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. This will be a teleconference meeting in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands, California. All votes during the teleconferencing meeting will be conducted by roll call. The meeting can be observed online via the City's website and on Redlands TV Channel 3 (Spectrum) and Channel 35 (Frontier). PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be offered in the Council Chambers during the special meeting. In accordance with the San Bernardino County Health Officer's Order, social distancing practices will be observed and may lead to limited occupancy in the Council Chambers. Speakers may be directed to hold in a waiting area, subject to appropriate recommended social distancing, until the opportunity to make public comment is available. All public comment will be taken at the beginning of the special meeting. Speakers are encouraged to turn in a "Speaker Sign Up Sheet" before the meeting is convened. However, completion of speaker forms is not required to speak before the City Council.
