Adopt Resolution No. 7951 rescinding Resolution No. 7907 to clarify requirements for assessment of the Sewer Capital Improvement Fee, Water Capital Improvement Fee and Water Stocks and Water Rights Fee associated with certain types of Accessory Dwelling Units (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Toor)
1. Discussion and possible action relating to the preparation of a possible ballot measure, and related environmental review, to amend certain provisions of the City's General Plan enacted by Measure U, and amend certain provisions of Proposition R, to exempt the proposed Transit Villages Specific Plan area from the provisions of Measure U (Mayor Foster)
1. Consideration of an agreement with Engineering Resources of Southern California Inc. in the amount not to exceed $101,000 for design engineering services for the 2019 capital improvement program Water Pipeline Replacement Project, and determination that approval of the agreement is not subject to environmental review under section 15061(b)(3) of the state's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Toor)
2. Consideration of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale of a 2,708 square portion of Assessor's Parcel No. 0169-281-19-0000 with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SCBTA), and determination that approval of the agreement is not subject to further environmental review pursuant to Section 15162 of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Quality of Life Director Boatman)
1. Call regular meeting of the Successor Agency Board of Directors to order.
2.
