Consideration of the Palm Avenue Water Pipeline Replacement Project No. 71265, plans and specifications and award a construction contract to MCC Pipeline, Incorporated in the amount of $155,007; and determination that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15302 of the state's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Diggs)
