2. Consideration of additional appropriations to the 2015-2016 budget for the 2014-2015 year-end encumbrances and carryovers (Finance Director Kundig)
3. Consideration of offer from Newland Homes of dedication of 9.37 acres of park and open space in lieu of development impact fees for tentative tract no. 18988 (Quality of Life Director Boatman)
4. Consideration of adoption of the Redlands Municipal Energy Action plan and determination that adoption of the plan as a non-binding, guiding policy for the City is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15162 of the state's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act, which exempts feasibility and planning studies for possible future actions which have not been approved or adopted (Quality of Life Director Boatman)
5. Consideration of a common use agreement with San Bernardino County Flood Control District for recreational multi-use trails within San Timoteo Canyon Creek right-of-way and determination that the agreement is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the state's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Quality of Life Director Boatman)
6. Consideration of the conceptual plan for the Zanja Trail and Greenway Park project and determination that the plan is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the state's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (Quality of Life Director Boatman)
