Enrique Martinez, Oscar Orci Negotiating party: Mr. Phillip Burum, Executive Vice President, Diversified Pacific Under negotiation: Terms of payment and price for possible purchase of City Property

3. Consideration of the revised conceptual design plan for the I-10 Gateway Project and to pursue and secure an Adopt-a-Highway permit to facilitate immediate clearing and grubbing activities and to pursue a long term Landscape Maintenance Agreement with CALTRANS (Quality of Life Director Cardenas)
4. Consideration of a third amendment to the agreement for the purchase and sale of Assessor's Parcel No. 0168-121-13 between the City of Redlands and Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund I, LLC (Development Services Director Orci)
5. Consideration of an amendment to the agreement between the City of Redlands and the Grove School (Development Services Director Orci)
6. Discussion and possible action relating to the replanting of the citrus grove at Prospect Park (Mayor Foster and Mayor Pro Tempore Harrison)
