2. Authorize issuance of proclamation declaring April 1, 2015, as Childhelp Day of Hope (Mayor Foster)
3. Approve recommendation of appointments to the Street Tree Committee (Mayor Foster and Council Member Gilbreath)
4. Authorization to apply to the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency for 2014 Assistance to Firefighters Fire Prevention & Safety Grant (Fire Chief Frazier)
5. Approve execution of a form of liability waiver for Goodyear Tire for use of its facilities for fundraising events for the Redlands Animal Shelter through calendar year 2015 (Police Chief Garcia)
6. Approve execution of a form of event agreement between the City of Redlands and Ritual Brewing Company for the use of its facilities to conduct animal adoption events for the Redlands Animal Shelter through calendar year 2015 (Police Chief Garcia)
7. Approve lease agreement with Brookside San Mateo Partners, LP, for the Police Department West Sub-station at 1150 W. Brookside Avenue, Suite J-1A (Police Chief Garcia)

1. Presentation and consideration of the Hillside Memorial Park Cemetery Business Plan (Quality of Life Director Cardenas)
2. Discussion and possible action relating to the list of proposed Capital Improvement Projects for Hillside Memorial Park and authorize earmarking endowment funds in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 from the Hillside Memorial Park Endowment Fund to the Cemetery Enterprise Fund to fund the proposed projects as they occur (Quality of Life Director Cardenas)
3. Consideration of proposed volunteer projects for the Redlands Service Club Council Day of Service and request an additional appropriation of funds in the amount of $38,084.25; determination that the proposed improvements to Community Park and Hillside Memorial Park are categorically exempt from further environmental review in accordance with Section 15301 of the state's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act; and determination that approval of the proposed improvement projects for Heritage Park do not require further environmental processing, pursuant to Section 15162 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines (Quality of Life Director Cardenas)
4. Consideration of a contract with St. George Construction for the Downtown State Street Planter Enhancement Project in the amount of $46,335; and determination that completion of the Downtown State Street Planter Enhancement Project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15304 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines (Quality of Life Director Cardenas)
5. Consideration of an amended license agreement with San Bernardino Associated Governments for the Redlands Alabama Colton Intersection Improvement Project (Interim Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director Diggs)
6. Discussion and possible action relating to regulation of tobacco and electronic cigarette retail sales and on-site consumption (Development Services Director Orci)
