Public hearing to consider Resolution No. 7463 - (General Plan Amendment No. 132) - Public Hearing 1) to amend the General Plan land use designation of a 2,800 square foot segment of an alley from Commercial to Parks/Golf Courses located easterly and westerly of Orange Street and 5th Street and northerly and southerly of Citrus Avenue and State Street; and 2) to amend the Open Space and Conservation Element to include the subject segment of an alley as a public park.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 7461 - SIGN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 18 (Mayor to declare meeting open as a public hearing)

Public hearing to consider Resolution No. 7461 Sign Conditional Use Permit No. 18 for the installation of two 190.18 square foot wall signs for an existing 704,115 square foot warehouse/distribution center, on 33.5 acres located at 2125 San Bernardino Avenue, in Concept Plan No. 1 of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan; and determination that Sign Conditional Use Permit No. 18 is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15311(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
