Call joint special meeting of the City Council, the Planning Commission and the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission to order (Mayor Aguilar to call the City Council Meeting to order and to introduce the Planning Commission Chairman James and Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission Chairman Van Diest and to request each Chair call the special meeting of their respective commissions to order.)
