3. Approve acceptance of the OTS "Sobriety Checkpoint Mini-Grant, SC # 11338" for local law enforcement agencies and authorize additional appropriation in the amount of $68,467.80 (Police Chief Bueermann)
4. Recognition of Public Safety Volunteers - Citizens Volunteer Patrol Rangers Thomas Cawthorn and Rhonda Myer (Mayor Gilbreath)

3. Approve invoices from Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for services regarding modification of the department directors' benefit profile (Mayor Pro Tem Bean and Council Member Gallagher)

1. ORDINANCE NO. 2743 - TANDEM PARKING FOR SECOND DWELLING UNITS (Mayor to declare meeting open as a public hearing)
a. Public hearing to consider Ordinance No. 2743 amending Article VII of Chapter 18.156 of the Redlands Municipal Code Relating to parking standards for second residential dwelling units. (Development Services Director Orci)
G. Public Comments (At this time, the City Council will provide an opportunity for the public to address them on any subject, within the jurisdiction of the City Council, which is not already scheduled on this agenda. However, any matter that requires action will be referred to staff for a report and possible action at a subsequent meeting. Comments will be limited to three {3} minutes.)
H. Adjournment The next City Council meeting will be held on November 16, 2010.

b. Consideration of a Real Estate Subordination Agreement to subordinate the Agency's deed of trust dated December 19, 2000 for 319 Normandie Court, Redlands (Development Services Director Orci)

Public Comments (At this time, the Redevelopment Agency will provide an opportunity for the public to address them on any subject, within the jurisdiction of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands, which is not already scheduled on this agenda.
